KRA
1. Business Loans Targets Achievement: Achieve Month on Month targeted sales and profit levels for Business Loans Segment
2. Achieve the targeted Yields while ensuring COA is within budgets
3. Business plans: Budgeting, business plans, forecasting etc.
4. Process: Coordinate with Risk, Credit and operations to set up robust, customer friendly loan approval and booking processes.
5. Marketing: Coordinate with marketing team to plan and implement marketing plans, campaigns etc.
6. Products/ Market Awareness: Increase awareness on products and markets amongst the sales team to meet customer needs and exploit market opportunities.
7. Lead the thinking on improving business enabling environments for small and medium enterprises (SME)
8. Develop partnerships with others financial intermediaries (banks and non-banks) to grow the book
9. Keep the team motivated and handhold the team
10. Ensure that the team gets right training and help the team members to achieve individual targets
11. Work closely with Technology team to develop digital journeys
Education: Post Graduate in MBA from Tier - I school
Experience: 12+ years professional experience, including at least ten years in banking, preferably in retail banking and/or banking for SMEs
Designation: National Sales Manager - Business Loans

1. Strategic thinker with proven ability to manage people, processes and projects to achieve developmental objectives in line with operational guidelines
2. Ability to execute across a broad array of stakeholders
3. Independent, pro-active and able to work well under pressure & within teams
