B2B Sales Experience to Hospitality Industry, Corporates, IPC's & Institutions

Candidates with subject matter knowledge from Cleaning Equipment's, Hygiene Chemical Manufacturers, Pest control are preferred

Role Description

- Sales Leadership: Lead and manage the Deep Cleaning Sales Vertical for PAN India, ensuring the attainment of sales targets.

- Goal Setting: Setting and communicating clear and achievable sales goals and objectives for the team

- Client Acquisition: Identify and onboard new clients/customers, fostering a robust pipeline of opportunities.

- Client Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with existing customers.

- Team Leadership: Leading and managing the sales team, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance evaluation.

- Business Development: Generate project and business opportunities, as well as RFPs, by engaging with customers to align with the company's growth strategies.

- Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute the company's Marketing and Business Development Plan and strategy, aligning with business goals.

- Sales Reporting: Providing regular reports to senior management on sales results, market trends, and strategy effectiveness.

- Sales Performance Metrics: Establishing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the performance of the sales team.

- Sales Process Management: Overseeing the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals.

Other skills

1: Effective Communication: Proficiency in written and spoken English is essential to articulate strategies, negotiate deals, and interact with clients and team members.

2 : Proficiency in Excel and CRM Software: Knowledge of Excel and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is an added advantage, facilitating efficient data management, reporting, and customer relationship tracking.
