We are seeking a Sales Head for a Ayurvedic brand based in Kerala. Roles & Responsibilities: - Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan for the assigned zone, aligning with overall company objectives and OTC product portfolio. - Analyze market trends, competitor activities and customer needs to identify opportunities for business growth. - Set sales targets, KPIs and budgets for the zone and monitor performance against these metrics. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers , including distributors , retailers and pharmacies to drive sales and secure long term partnerships - Identify customer needs, anticipate market changes, and proactively address challenges to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. - Conduct regular business reviews and negotiate contracts or agreements with key customers to optimize sales opportunities. - Implement effective sales strategies, promotional campaigns and product launches to drive sales volume, market penetration and brand awareness. - Monitor sales performance, market share and competitive activities within the zone, taking corrective actions as necessary. - Utilize sales analytics and reports to track progress, identify trends and make data driven decisions to improve sales effectiveness.
