Qualifications & Experience:
- 10-15 years of Sales & Marketing experience in Agri Input industry or related fields

- Demonstrated people management potential and coaching others to success
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia communication, both written and speaking
Key Performance Indicators & Conduct Requirements:
Financial: P&L overview and monitoring (Volume, Revenue, GP, Sales Fixed Costs)
People Management: Team Leadership, Coaching, and Mentoring
Strategic: Create and execute the plan for business delivery
