National Sales Head will have overall accountability to implement sales strategies in focused markets and achieve the value and volume sales target through the Channel Partners as per the budget, agreed timelines and policy
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategy Pan India
- Leading nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
- Identify new potential customers/Channel Partners and new market opportunities
- Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
- Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels
- Identify the market requirement for new product/variant and partner with internal stakeholder for new product development
- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
- Measure and report performance of sales, gain insight and assess against goals
- Ensure required sales interventions to increase the market share in our focused markets, product wise, pricing factor.
- Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board
- Nurture the existing distributors and develop new network of distributors in the focused markets.
