National Sales Head (15-20 Years) for a Funded Startup
We are looking for a National Sales Head for one of our esteemed Clients for Bangalore Location.
Responsibilities :
- Designing and managing an efficient sales process for monitoring sales leads, sales performance on a day to day basis.
- Design and implement marketing and product strategies by analyzing trends and results.
- Establish sales targets such as sales quotas for regions and territories; and individual sales managers.
- Plan, forecast and implement the sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
- Develop field sales action plans.
- Design national sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
- Develop a national sales team by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
Requirement :
- Monitor and develop pricing strategies through an analysis of costs, competition, and supply and demand.
- Monitor national sales staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Work closely with the top tier managements team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
