Nationally heading a fast growing Company in B2B retail sales
The National Sales Head holds the revenue responsibility of India and leading the sales teams across all cities where the Client has its operations. Candidate with a proven record in fast growth, great business sense and the willingness to get their hands dirty will be preferred.
Responsibilities :
- Proven track record of achieving revenue Collection targets, allocation of targets and formulating incentive plans for the team.
- Maintaining City Reports which include revenue numbers, payment collections and PnL of each cities sales team
- Identifying training needs of the team PAN India, and coordinating the same
- Managing the team to handle end-to-end client relationships including pitching, negotiation, contracting, billing / invoicing, payment collection and troubleshooting
- Mentoring and coaching RSMs for career growth within the company, and identifying fast-track team members for overall growth
- Hiring and retaining sales employees for each area
- Acquiring and managing key accounts which have higher degree of complexity in terms of client servicing
Requirements :
- 10 to 15 years of Sales Experience in different regions in India
- Prior team management experience of 200 + team members is a must
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Very high ethical standards
- Should have designed Sales Incentive plans at various levels
