National Sales Head -SME Mortgages

Location: Mumbai

Reports to Business Head

Grade: 4

KNOWLEDGE/QUALIFICATION/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

- Experience: 10 - 12 Yrs. in handling mortgages, home loans, related asset products. Of this, at least 5 years should be handling positions, managing large teams across geographies.

- Should necessarily have exposure in building up teams, setting up new businesses, setting up new markets etc.

- Must be extremely comfortable in managing business from P&L perspective - bringing in right mix of demand funnel, optimal third party product penetration, bench-marking productivities with industry's best.

- Should have strong MIS, Analytics and Reporting skills

- MBA/ Post Graduate

- Must have the ability to engage with seniors across functions and hierarchies, with conviction.

- Excellent written and verbal communication

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Responsible to set up the entire Distribution Franchise for SME Mortgages and new products including opening new locations. This will include putting up teams, engaging channel partners, tie up with associations, leveraging database, digital platform etc.

2. Shall be a part of formulating strategies and growth plans including product bundling, pricing etc.

3. Shall also lead from front, X-Sell and Third Party Product Distribution.

4. Will remain responsible to meet the Budgeted loan book and other key targets like Cost of acquisition, employee productivity, Delinquency, PDD and general compliance.

5. Should play a critical role in contributing to Product development and process re-engineering to remain competitive in the market.

6. Build a sales culture and discipline in terms of morning huddles, reporting, daily sales report.

7. Manage team building, training, motivation and attrition.

8. Build a well-diversified portfolio in line with Organization strategy.
