National Sales Head - SME Banking

Job Title - Head - Business Development / Relationship (National Role)

Reporting to - CEO

Responsible for - Zonal Heads - 04

Main Responsibilities:

- Responsible for development of business strategies of the company

- Responsible for driving the Business Development effort with a view to grow existing business and establish new market

- Responsible for implementation of marketing strategies to assist company in attaining revenue goals and creating Brand awareness

- Responsible for assessing current market trend and giving suggestions for product improvement / new products development based on company’s risk appetite

- Responsible for preparing target Market list within Company Policy

- Responsible for developing business plan and reporting performance to Management

- Responsible for building a high energy professional team of relationship managers

- Responsible for setting targets and management of sales effort to meet or exceed business goals

- Responsible for bringing on profitable relationships and business that meets or exceeds the company's credit standards

Additional Responsibilities:

- Liaises closely with Risk, Legal and Operations departmental Heads and ensure that the documentary standards are satisfactorily fulfilled

- Interacts with external business community to promote company and business

- Responsible for market intelligence regarding factoring, Trade Finance Products competitors and related activity

- Advises company management as to industry information and trends

- Responsible for pricing and structure of deals. Uses technologies to create an efficient and effective new business and marketing effort

Should have 15 yrs-18 years of related experience.
