National Sales Head - Leading MNC Building Material Co. CTC 50 Lkhs

Work Location : Mumbai

CTC : 30 Lkhs to 50 Lkhs

Responsible for all activities related to conceptualizing and implementing market strategy and achieving Sales targets. Specific responsibilities include business and market development; market research and planning; strategic direction for sales promotion; coordination with Operations; and, hiring and directing the day-to-day activities of Sales staff.

- Serves as National Head Sales of the Company, providing support in the area of market strategy and management.

- Develops the annual sales plan and the strategies, tactics and resources necessary to achieve system and goals.

- Provides leadership, direction and management of the market acquisition function.

- Oversees and provides direction to market and competitor analysis.

- Ensures all marketing communications are coordinated, support marketing plan objectives and are an effective expenditure of resources.

- Provides marketing skills and expertise to the Company by building, developing and managing a sales team capable of carrying out the necessary marketing strategies and tactics.

- Participates fully in professional societies and activities related to the Insurance sector.

Minimum Bachelors degree or MBA

A minimum of 15-20 years experience and a demonstrated track record of accomplishments in Building Materials (Sanitary Ware Division) industry specifically in Sales function who have handled atleast two zones.

Strong Domain and Market Knowledge and Proven Sales Acumen.

Must work effectively with Senior-level executives and top management.

Must have strong interpersonal skills, maturity and good judgment and be capable of communicating with a diverse range of individuals.

Broad functional experience in areas of strategic planning and marketing, business and market development, market research and planning and promotions.
