National Sales Head - Leading MNC Building Material Co. CTC 30 Lkhs
Work Location : Mumbai
CTC : 30 Lkhs to 50 Lkhs
Responsible for all activities related to conceptualizing and implementing market strategy and achieving Sales targets. Specific responsibilities include business and market development; market research and planning; strategic direction for sales promotion; coordination with Operations; and, hiring and directing the day-to-day activities of Sales staff.
- Serves as National Head Sales of the Company, providing support in the area of market strategy and management.
- Develops the annual sales plan and the strategies, tactics and resources necessary to achieve system and goals.
- Provides leadership, direction and management of the market acquisition function.
- Oversees and provides direction to market and competitor analysis.
- Ensures all marketing communications are coordinated, support marketing plan objectives and are an effective expenditure of resources.
- Provides marketing skills and expertise to the Company by building, developing and managing a sales team capable of carrying out the necessary marketing strategies and tactics.
- Participates fully in professional societies and activities related to the Insurance sector.
- Minimum Bachelors degree.
- A minimum of 15-20 years experience and a demonstrated track record of accomplishments in Building Materials (Sanitary Ware Division) industry specifically in Sales function who have handled atleast two zones.
- Strong Domain and Market Knowledge and Proven Sales Acumen.
- Must work effectively with Senior-level executives and top management.
- Must have strong interpersonal skills, maturity and good judgment and be capable of communicating with a diverse range of individuals.
- Broad functional experience in areas of strategic planning and marketing, business and market development, market research and planning and promotions.
