National Sales Head - Retail & Modern Trade - Ice Cream Parlour

POSITION TITLE : Head - Retail & Modern Trade

SUPERVISOR TITLE: CEO

DEPARTMENT: Retail

Job Responsibility:-

- Drive distribution for Impulse products in identified cities.

- Identify opportunities for network expansion across new cities.

- Improve productivity of manpower.

- Market Mapping and segmentation

- Interfacing with marketing & operational team for timely planning & execution of all the marketing based activity to achieve the AOP

- Drive retail sales through aggressive interventions in the decision making process on product mix, pricing, etc

- Conceptualize and implement effective activations (Trade / Consumer) & merchandising (Visibility) programs

- Operate within budgets and optimize spends

- Ensure collections as per company policy

- Supply Chain & Demand Planning

Desired Candidate Profile :

- An MBA with about 16 -20 years experience in Channel Sales and distribution management in Reputed FMCG/ Beverages/ Foods/ Confectionery Companies.

- Must be aggressive, self-starter, internally motivated, target oriented and should have a flair towards sales & must have good leadership skills.

- Excellent leadership skills and must have lead Teams on a PAN India basis.
