JOB DETAILS : Location : Work From Home Role : National Reporting To : National Head Marketing Reported by : Radio sales team - Corporate &amp; Regional Nature of the Role : Team Handling Education : MBA/PGDM from a recognized institution CTC : As per Industry Standard ( 60% Fixed, 40% Variable) Industry : Media ( Regional Newspaper) Exp : 12+ years professional experience in sales - Radio / TV . Experience in Handling National markets or Multiple Regions Mandate : Relevant hands-on experience working with agencies and client. Working Conditions : Regular, 6 days working The primary responsibilities are as below, but is not limited to: 1. Annual Forecasts, Target setting and Target Reviews 2. Competitive mapping, Sales Forecasting, Market Analysis &amp; Research 3. Team Management and Reviews - Daily Reporting with Teams 4. Monthly Reports, 5. Key account &amp; Relationship Management 6.
