National Sales Head - Plastic Compound

- Person Shall be responsible for driving India business for Engineered Plastic Compounds.

- A person will assist in formulating the sales & marketing strategies aligned with Organization vision and Division Business Targets.

- Closely Engaging and nurturing various Tier-1 & OEM's customers from Automotive, Electrical & Consumer electronics industry to drive the business.

- Leveraging existing customer relationships and identify emerging opportunities to generate new business prospects.

- Ensure smooth sales & service through the development of a robust channel to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Contribute to strategy making for growth through Innovation, New Product & Application Development.

What a Candidate Should Possess :

- Person Must be an Engineering Graduate (Chemical, Polymer Preferred) plus MBA (Preferred) with 15 Years of relevant experience in sales & market role in Chemical, Specialty chemical or Auto-ancillary Industry.

- Incumbent must be working in a national level leadership role for minimum 3 years and into a team-leading role for 8+ years.

- Incumbent must have worked on all the model of Sales like KAM, Channel Sales, Direct in Auto-Component OR Chemical Industry.
