Key Deliverables: - Promote dclinic app to doctors - Enroll doctors in dclinic app - Execute campaign in doctors clinic to generate patients registration (To join doctors invitation and register in app for consultation purpose) - Deliver minimum 25 paid video consultations per day per rep through dclinic app - Ensure execution of dclinic strategy by sales team - Regularly monitor and review sales force deployment and effectiveness - Build field force capability through effective coaching - Team Management: Ensure team motivation, Attrition &lt;20% and vacancy management in &lt;10 days - Collaborate with cross functional team for resolution of timely issues Competencies required: - Excellent English communication - Result oriented: proven track record in sales - Geography Knowledge and experience of at least 2 years , must have managed at least two zones - 10 years Pharmaceutical Sales experience with minimum 8 year of people management - Graduate degree preferably from science background and MBA in Marketing - Collaboration with cross functional team - Leadership and Team management
