Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Zonal sales team, including training, and mentoring sales professionals.
- Develop and execute effective zonal sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
- Implement sales forecasting techniques to set realistic and achievable sales goals.
- Drive the team to consistently outperform sales targets and quotas through proactive selling techniques.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Provide comprehensive information about our offerings and their benefits to the sales team as well as the clients
- Collaborate with the product team to develop new products for clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide informed ground information.
- Continuously improve the sales team's product knowledge and selling skills through training and development.
- Take a proactive role in bringing in business both individually and through the team.
- Evaluate and enhance the team's performance, setting clear KPIs and expectations.
- Monitor and analyse sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies accordingly.
- Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and accountability within the sales team.
