Job Profile:
- The candidate would be working independently in driving sales PAN India at all Modern Retail Chains with end-to-end responsibility for sales performance
- Setting up distribution network PAN India - work with the best distributors and networks
- Opening new MT accounts & growing them to their full potential
- Managing Supervisors, On ground sales promoters and merchandisers in the region - ensuring high performance, attendance, conversions
- Analyzing weekly, monthly sales performance and communicating to Leadership Team
- Recruiting and training sales team as required
- Identifying new channels for growth
- Working closely with the marketing team to drive offers and schemes
Candidate Profile:
- Graduate + MBA
- 7-15 years of Business Development experience in the FMCG Packaged Foods industry
- Super strong Sales Network & Contacts
- Experience in designing and implementing the Go To Market strategies
- Self-starter & loves to work in a full ownership environment
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills & can handle multiple stakeholders
