Title : Sales Head

Location : Mumbai

Reporting to : CEO - Mobile Apps

Key Requisites:

- The incumbent should be an MBA, with more than 12 years of work experience

- Should have minimum 8+ years of experience in independently handling a business unit, preferably in an e-commerce or m-commerce industry.

- Should have delivered strong performance of exceeding sales targets

- Should have excellent communication skills

- Should have strong inter-personal skills and stakeholder management skills

- Should have sound business acumen and is persistent in spotting the right leads, following up and converting those to successful clients

- Should have built and maintained relationships with key clients, which have delivered significant impact in your current / previous firms

- Should have immaculate selling skills and can deliver the most effective targeted pitches

- Strong facilitation and negotiation skills

- Good leadership skills

- Good in motivating team members

- Flexible to travel

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Responsible for achieving revenue numbers for the business

- Determining annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing sales strategies; analyzing trends and results.

- Establishing sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.

- Implementing National sales programs by developing field sales action plans.

- Maintaining sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.

- Establishing and adjusting selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand

- Creating new revenue streams in line with the business and as per the market demand

- Completing national sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.

- Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

- Meeting the business objective initiated by the company
