We are having Senior Corporate Sales mandate with our well establish client.
Position: National Sales Head for Media Client
As a National Sales Head you would be responsible for creating and delivering sales strategy for your company, product range or designated market.
You'll play a fundamental role in developing future growth, and provide vision, direction and leadership. Your specific duties are likely to include:
Experience: 10-15 years
Location: New Delhi/ Noida
Qualification: Preferred B.tech, MBA from premiere institute only
Industry: Any (FMCG/ Auto/ Media/Consumer Durable)
Essential : Atleast 10 years Corporate Sales experienced is required
Compensation : 50- 60 lacs (Negotiable)
Strategic Role
- Developing strategy, tactics, sales plans and profit targets for Corporate sales.
- Delivering sales by developing relationships with CMO/ CEO/COO
- Identifying and reporting on business opportunities in target markets
- Acting as an ambassador and role model for your business
- Taking responsibility for profit and loss
- Increasing market share in existing markets and maximize new business development opportunities.
- Achieving targets for revenue, profitability and sales growth.
Management Competencies required:
- Team Management : Treats all team members equally and fairly – receives positive verbal feedback from the team to this effect
- Prepares and conducts motivational and informative meetings where appropriate.
- Identifies strengths and development areas of the team and works to develop the team’s performance overall.
- Knows what performance management is, know what and how to measure – has been observed monitoring and giving constructive feedback on all aspects of the team’s performance against competencies.
Estimated time allocation:
- 60% new business pitches and meetings and generating new outbound business leads
- 20% developing proposals and strategies
- 20% managing others
