Salary - Max 30 LPA
Location - Ahmedabad (Relocation can be consider)
- Now we have to look for National Sales Head from Jewelry Industry preferably from GOLD.
- Must take care of Online/Offline Sales of PAN India.
- Should Have experience heading the Sales Department
- This candidate will report to Director.
Responsibilities:
STRATEGIC:
1. Create and implement effective direct sales strategies and lead nationwide sales personnel toward achievement of corporate sales objectives.
2. Manage to meet/exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
3. Proactively identify changes in market, delivery systems, and competitive pressures to develop and modify strategies and tactics accordingly.
4. Provide Market intelligence wrt consumer behavior, competition actions, trade partners psychology and tactics.
DEVELOPMENTAL:
1. Provide leadership through effective communication of vision, active coaching and development while comparing sales results to goals and taking appropriate action to correct when necessary.
2. Develop competencies in team and processes required to create an effective and efficient sales organization.
3. Provide inputs in sales management, budget control, compensation programs and incentive planning.
4. Partner with the Business Head-S&M in the development of key customer relationship management.
5. Provide supervision through field visits, observations and measurement of results to include performance appraisals and salary reviews.
6. Increase width and depth of market.
