Leadership role :
- Identifying and understanding client requirement and thereby engaging in concept selling
- Meeting and building relationships / networking with senior level management of clients - PAN India
- Business development through acquisition of new clients - National Clients
- Pipeline Building: Enabling the team to build a robust and continuous Pipe-line and progress on the same to be tracked & discussed with top management
- Playing a key role in ensuring that client portfolios in terms of risks and returns are tracked actively
- Supervising high quality service delivery to all existing clients thereby ensuring client retention.
- Working closely with the top management in strategy formulation to ensure achievement of team target & Vision w.r.t
- Client level strategies
- Strategies to achieve the organizational goals
- Exploring synergies between teams and businesses
- Working closely with the team and ensuring that the performance management processes
- Continuous training and development of team members - through formal and internal training sessions and development of leaders.
- 12+yrs of Corporate Sales experience at a leadership Level ie. should have managed team at National level is required.
- Should be open for frequent travel.
