- Solution-selling approach and ability to develop long-term relationships. Hunting & Farming - adept at both as new customer acquisition is important but equally crucial is to cross-sell/upsell along with strong retention with huge repeat business opportunity.

- VUCA - should be able to not only survive but thrive in the VUCA World.

Skills :

- Good experience in a strong sales process driven organization

- Ability to lead from front - a balanced mix of "Thinker" and a "Doer"

- Should have handled a large team - preferably 400-600 people

- Good institute with strong educational background.
