Opportunity Description :

- Someone who is strategic, visionary and people oriented who can lead a large team- PAN India. Should be willing to think BIG and grow the business at a scorching pace.

- Aggressive, lead from the front, high-energy, out of box thinker are some of the adjectives which are part of the personality

- Should be very competitive and have a high desire to win in a cut-throat market scenario. Strong result-orientation, ability to absorb steep sales targets will be necessary. People who thrive on success, are passionate about winning will find this to be a nice fit

- Someone who has demonstrated sales experience in "selling" and is therefore adept at acquisition of high value clients, at managing long sales cycles, nurturing key client relationships personally and is an excellent role-model/mentor for his team.

- Build/Manage an overall crack sales team. The nature of the role requires personal selling skills in addition to team management skills.

- Solution-selling approach and ability to develop long-term relationships. Hunting & Farming - adept at both as new customer acquisition is important but equally crucial is to cross-sell/upsell along with strong retention with huge repeat business opportunity.

Skills :

- Good experience in a strong sales process driven organization

- Should have handled a large team - preferably 400-600 people

- Good institute with strong educational background.
