About Our Client
Our client is one of largest players in the alcohol industry having a portfolio of diversified products. They have a global footprint and have established themselves across continents. They are well established in India and have aggressive growth plans. They are currently looking for a national sales head for general trade.
Job Description
Reporting to the Director Sales, you will be responsible for:
- Building and driving the sales strategy for the country
- Creating new business opportunities by understanding the consumers
- Ensuring that the revenue and profit targets are achieved and in line with the forecast.
- Being a part of various cross functional and business activities.
- Growing the distribution network and restructuring the same if required.
The Successful Applicant
You will be a management graduate from one of the top tier business schools, with at least 10+ years of relevant work experience in sales management. You must have solid experience in the alcohol industry and a good understanding of general trade in the domestic market. You should have the ability to drive teams with a proven track record of success.
