Client : Confidential (Emerging Brand in Food Sector with state of art manufacturing faciltiy)  Role: National Sales Head   Reports to: Chairman & CEO  Age: Upto 45 years  The incumbent would be responsible for PAN INDIA Sales for all channels inludes General Trade / Key accounts/Modern Retail Trade/HORECA / Institutional Sales. Plan, Forecast and Charting out strategies for Sales of Emerging Brand. Recruit, Train and Build a Strong Team.  Role would give a dynamic leadership to :  - Sales Team across channels/regions (RSM (4 regions, ASM, KAM, SO's and team)  - Sales Admin / MIS Department  - Logistics Department  Required Experience:   - 18+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing at PAN INDIA levels.  - Should have experience in successful launch and business with at least one emerging brand.  - Should have experience in both General and Modern Trade.   - Must have overall experience in below mentioned industry sectors:   - Food, FMCG, Consumer Goods, Dairy, Confectionery   - We will connect the shortlisted candidates only at the earliest.  Note: Candidates with Salary band less than 40L and non-food experience please do not apply
