National Sales Head - Food & Beverages Sector

We are looking for a National Sales Head for one of our clients - a renowned and a fast growing company in the Food and Beverages Sector.

Requirement:

1) 20+ years of experience in the F&B industry( particularly in companies dealing with snacks / beverages / staples / rice etc.)

2) Should have specific expertise in the West and South regions.

3) should have indepth knowledge and experience of General Trade

4) past experience of having built distribution networks, appoint stockists and distributors.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1) Has to be a potential leader with the zest to take over the functioning of the company

2) Has to head and manage the Sales at the national level and lead the team for effective incremental sales figures

3) Must be enthusiastic about building processes and policies and should have an edge of experience in Retail with a deep understanding of General Trade

4) An expert on numbers and P&L is mandatory.

5) Exposure to IPO will be preferred.
