Client Details
Our client is a fast growing well-funded FMCG e-commerce start-up with their headquarters in Gurgaon. They are looking for a Sales Head to lead both General Trade and Modern Trade channels, pan India. They are growing at a rapid pace and would need the individual to support them through the same with his/her Intrapreneurial and team building skills along with a growth mindset.
Description
While reporting into the Founder of the organisation, you will be responsible for :
- Developing key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans
- Successful execution of these strategies to achieve your financial targets
- Build & develop a strong sales team
- Develop and grow both Modern Trade and General Trade Channels to full potential
- Build long lasting relationships with all relevant stakeholders to ensure incremental revenue
Profile
- The ideal candidate would come with 8-10 years of work experience in top FMCG organisations, with hands on Sales experience in Modern Trade and General Trade channels
- MBA from a Tier-1 B School
- Should be highly driven
- Excellent Presentation and Communication skills
