The position would be responsible for achieving sales revenues Pan India, strategic planning, market expansion and channel management.
A. Ensuring that sales target is achieved
B. Ensuring smooth operations within proposed budget and manpower resources
C. Formulating innovative schemes to enhance sales & brand equity
D. Expanding dealers and sub-dealer network
E. Ensuring smooth co-ordination between the Productions, Logistics & Sales department.
F. Create and implement effective direct sales strategies and lead nationwide direct sales personnel toward achievement of sales objectives.
G. Develop competencies and processes required to create an effective and efficient sales organization.
