National Sales Head - FMCG

Our client, a reputed client, who is expanding ferociously is looking for zealous, dedicated and enthusiastic Sales Heads, interested in long-term association and ready to take up the mantle of making new inroads in the Sales lines.

Location: Pune / Mumbai / Hyderabad / Bengaluru

CTC: Commensurate to experience (salary will not be a restraint for the right candidate)

About the company: The Consumer Products Division is one of the companies of the wide conglomerate of the group. It is also the fastest growing division and has been expanding rapidly in range of products and has been making inroads into new areas and new markets. This company primarily deals with Snacks, Beverages and Bakery products.

Eligibility:-

- Should be in a senior / mid- management position with a reputed Food Company

- Should have a rich sales experience of 15-25 years

- Should have expertise in having set up a distribution led network, specifically in the West and South regions

- Should have built Feet on Street Sales Teams

- Should have exposure to Sales Automation Tools

- 1 Start-up experience is good to have

- Understanding of snack food and beverages, FMCG industry is a must

Roles & Responsibilities:-

- Should have strong ability in managing operations with key focus on bottom line profitability, ensuring optimal utilization of resources

- Should have attained proficiency in developing markets, establishing brands and achieving targeted goals

- Should be able to develop Annual Business Plan and strategize through effective Review Systems

- Set up a strong distribution network and channelize the sales force to engage with distributors effectively

- Effectively carry out the vision rolled by Top Management and be a strong stakeholder in creating a strong sales line across the targeted regions
