Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Act as a custodian of the Brand P&L (Top-line & Bottom-line)
- Drive the Strategic Growth Agenda - Product Portfolio Development and Performance, BTL plan
- Develop, Implement & Monitor growth of different channels such as Beverages, Modern trade, Horeca (Hotels, Restaurants and cafeterias), general Trade etc.
- Develop and implement activation plans that strengthen the brand both for on and off premise
- Ability to build premium brands through trade
- Partner with sales team to ensure appropriate activation (Merchandizing, Promotions, Sales Tools, and Tracking Mechanism etc.)
- Responsible for developing and executing the GTM partnerships and Foot Print for the business.
- Evolve, develop and ensure execution of the Sales & Distribution strategies to deliver Sales Volume and Market Share
- Engage the Partner Sales Team to garner mindshare and successfully drive the sales & distribution agenda
- Ensure Execution of the plans, through partner Sales teams to deliver growth, Geographic Penetration and Spread.
- Be responsible for Trade Marketing budgets, net realizations, customer discounts and promotional budgets.
- Identify opportunities and help the partner Sales team in improving the state wise/ SKU wise performance
- Manage Central Sales Budgets as well as ensure compliance against the targeted activities and budgets by the local sales teams.
- Drive relationship and oversee pricing negotiations with key accounts/customers.
- Work with CFO and Leadership team to develop and institutionalize operating and governance processes
