National Sales Head
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement strategic plans to grow sales, profitability and exceed business which are in line with company strategy
- Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share and distribution
- Review and analyze sales performances against Target for regions, channels and customers Marketing
- Help develop annual brand plan & annual brand promotion calendar
- Operationalize brand plan into monthly & quarterly plans
- Actively share feedback with Marketing team on the performance of various product strategies.
- Get insights on competitor strategies & build counter strategies with the help of marketing team People
- To create a highly motivated performance driven organization actively chasing business targets
- To create a highly engaged sales organization with empowerment, transparent and trusting culture
- Work towards create a leadership bench & succession planning for critical roles
- Ensure performance driven PMS throughout the sales team, also provide timely & continuous feedback to the teams
Finance :
- Ensure financial hygiene in dealing with customers and ensure the sales team are adhering policies defined
- Responsible for collection from customer
Leadership :
- Work with VP - Sales to develop capabilities in sales organization
- Collaborate with sales development team to develop business enhancing efficient sales processes
- Support the organization leadership team in development of company & people strategy
