National Sales Head - Fast growing Fintech
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies
- Leading nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets
- Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
- Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
- Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients' needs
- Total sales experience of 10 - 15 years
- Should have spent at least 5-7 years in the field sales as a solo contributor..
- Should have led field sales teams selling direct to consumer loan/credit products.
- Financial services background will be preferred
- Comes from a B2C / D2C background
- Someone who is hands-on with high ownership
- Individual Contributor role with a path to building their own team in future
- Immediate joiners/candidates with shorter notice period will be preferred
