Job Description - The Head of Sales will have the entire ownership to setup the Indian team for the company across procurement and implementation. The person will also work on establishing the company brand along with driving efficient sales processes.

The client is a new entrant in Indian market with prior experience and enviable image in latest technology gas engines in international markets.
Description
- Build, develop and establish a favourable brand image for the company comparable to the level of international reputation
- Develop sales structure and processes for the new business establishment
- Establish and coordinate with procurement and engineering team for on-time and quality delivery of projects
- Engage with Contractors like EPC suppliers and Operation and Maintenance providers
- Liaise with Industry Associations in the Power and Generation Sector in India
- Identify new business opportunities and develop necessary strategies
- Indulge in industry analysis and prepare market intel reports
- A candidate from Sales or Project Management background with exposure to managing EPC projects would be preferred
- The candidate should have at least a basic understanding of new underlying technologies in Gas Engines
- Should have experience in working in international markets
- Should have a degree in engineering
