National Sales Head - Engineering Industry

- Get relevant and right stakeholders involved in expanding the company's business

- Develop sales structure and processes for the new business establishment

- Establish and coordinate with procurement and engineering team for on-time and quality delivery of projects

- Engage with Contractors like EPC suppliers and Operation and Maintenance providers

- Liaise with Industry Associations in the Power and Generation Sector in India

- Identify new business opportunities and develop necessary strategies

- Indulge in industry analysis and prepare market intel reports

Profile

- The successful candidate should carry minimum 15 years of experience in Engineering industry

- A candidate from Sales or Project Management background with exposure to managing EPC projects would be preferred

- The candidate should have at least a basic understanding of new underlying technologies in Gas Engines

- Should have experience in working in international markets

- Should have a degree in engineering
