National Sales Head - Engine Manufacturing

Experience Required: 15+ Years

Education: ME / M. Tech or BE / B. Tech + MBA (Will be preferred)

Key Deliverables of this role:

- Responsible for formulation and deployment of aggressive strategic & tactical initiatives with reference to the National Sales & Marketing activities of the organization.

- In this pivotal role, the incumbent will interface with multiple stakeholders within and without the organization, in achieving substantial profitable growth

- Develop a strategy/ business plan to drive revenue & profitability

- Driving top line & bottom line of the company

- Implement Marketing strategies

- Enhancing the Dealer presence and drive dealer & team performance

- Ensuring Customer Satisfaction & Timely response

- Effective Team building with focus on systems & processes

- Establishing a process driven Organisation

- Establish Reporting/ Review Mechanisms and conduct reviews

- Business development in terms of Pitching to & Obtaining clients

- Look into the future & continuously search for business enhancement opportunities

- Represent Company in National & International Market Provide leadership & motivation to the team

- Develop a strong go to market and distribution strategy in line with overall vision

- Responsible for planning and execution of business strategies.

- Provides inputs for life cycle management of the products based on product strategy

- To maintain leadership position in the markets; continuously develop action plans to increase the market share.

- Develop and implement strategy for Key Account for building strong and long relationship - Build and guide a high performing team

- Support all other existing business requirements in growth strategy /ongoing projects
