- We are currently retained by a leading education player in the country to hire a National Sales Head to lead Institutional Sales for them.

- Would you like to work with a startup that is working towards providing excellent quality of education accessible across the country.

- This role will be based in Mumbai.

- This role will lead institutional sales for the company and lead a team of Regional Managers. This is a BD as well as key account management role and will be responsible for revenue generation.

- This is a leadership role and needs someone with relevant experience for the same.

The role will include:

1.Owning revenue targets and P&L management

2. Developing growth strategy, creating outreach plans and timely implementation to achieve the set targets

3. Ensure best in class customer experience

4. Lead new Institutional school acquisition numbers

5. Lead and coach a high performance team

To fit in the bill:

1. Should have handled institutional sales/P&L accountability in a large setup on Zonal or National Level preferably in an edtech company.

2. MBA or graduation from top (Tier 1 College). NON NEGOTIABLE
