Min 10 years experience in B2B loans, institutional lending or SME loans
Target Segment - Education Institutions, Promoters & Parents
- Owns all aspects of business - sales planning, market development, team and account management, portfolio quality and risk assessment for secured and unsecured lending.
- Developing new markets across India and geographical expansion
- Building and leading highly productive sales team
- Training sales team members on collection methods, documents and performance strategies.
