Looking for a National Sales Head - Corporate Sales
The assignment is with a leading travel company and is based in Mumbai.
We are looking for candidates from the Airlines industry having excellent knowledge and connects in the corporate segment.
The detailed Jd is shared as follows:
- Defining the scope of the sales in collaboration with senior management
- Creating a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully super seed sales target for the team
- Determine the objectives and measures upon which the sales team will be evaluated at the end of the year.
- In consultation with the the Business Unit Head, recruit, interview and select sales team with appropriate skills for the expansion of footprint of the organisation in the corporate segment
- Responsible for obtaining profitable results through the sales team by developing the team through motivation, counseling, skills development and product knowledge development
- Responsible for managing the sales team, developing a business plan covering sales, revenue, and expense controls, meeting agreed targets, and promoting the organizations presence
- Coordinating proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results (Operations team)
- Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams
- Holding regular team meeting Pan India
- Educating sales team by establishing programs/seminars in the areas of new account sales and growth, sales of emerging products and multi-product sales, profitability, improved presentation strategies, competitive strategies, proper use and level of sales support, management of expenses and business/financial issues on contracts
- Determination of the resources (time, money, equipment, etc)
- Ensuring continuous follow-up with the clients to maintain a healthy relationship and ensure repeat ability of business
- Candidates with current or past Airlines Experience based in Mumbai ONLY are eligible for the role.
