Position - National Sales Head

Location - Mumbai

Company - A Leading Consumer Durables/ Electronics company

Responsible for Trade/ Traditional Channel Sales nationally

- To achieve overall monthly/ yearly sales budgets nationally and contribution targets for the BU

- Build and expand robust distribution infrastructure (numeric and weighted average). Develop sales & distribution strategies to deliver desired results

- Prepare, execute sales & distribution plan (Primary & Secondary) with regions to meet monthly objectives

- Drive flawless execution of sales plans, schemes, merchandising & trade marketing programs and activities through sales teams

- Drive organization strategic business agenda that is sustainable

- Plan & execute new product launches by placement drives and appropriate trade visibility for sales results

- Execute day to day sales operations & build a highly capable & competent sales organization

- Mentor and coach the sales organization continuously by leading from the front (Team Player)

- Develop key strategies for robust retail network nationally

To achieve the top line & bottom line of the BU Trade Sales. To maintain and nurture good business relations with trade channel partners, To keep all budgets like scheme, spends, manpower within or below the norms.

- To prepare & execute BU trade plan for the next 3 years in consultation with respective regional head

- To ensure sales of right product mix across branches for better profitability.

- Focus on weak market and make strategies to gain market share.

- To formulate Branchwise strategy to increase counter share and market share.

- To prepare Dealer/ Distributor/ Retailer expansion plan.

- Design & implement merchandising and activation plans

- Prepare Sales forecast & coordinate with supply chain team to ensure 100% availability of products in time.
