Responsible for driving the revenue through all the mode of product sales including distribution, channel sales, modern trade, govt business, tele shopping etc.
The position will be accountable for expanding product reach and adoption in the country through appropriate channel strategy.
The position will drive sales through distribution expansion and adding new channels for product sales.
The incumbent will also provide leadership and direction to sales automation, sales capability building market visibility agendas for the products business.
Accountable for Top line & Bottom line by generating revenue through execution & strategy.
Monitor sales performance against targets and take corrective actions wherever required.
Planning & Forecasting region wise Forecast the annual /quarterly sales plan and closely working with manufacturing team to ensure that resources and efforts go into achieving the planned numbers.
Complete business plan & bench marking the company, the product and marketing strategies, schemes, etc. with competing companies.
Control on annual /monthly budgeted cost & expenditure - Brand Development initiatives of the products of the Company in line with sales strategy.
