1. Achievement of Sales Revenue target for the assigned territory
2. Key account management involving closure of large deals greater than Rs.10 mn
3. Maintaining relationship with key accounts (MNCs and large Indian companies), Govt organisations, top architects and Project management companies
4. Leading a team of 15 people for the geography comprising of Zonal Manager, Area Manager, Key Accounts Manager, Projects and Space solutions and Group Manager-Emerging Markets.
5. Ensure payments from clients as per terms of contract. Ensure debtors are under control.
6. Maintain relationship with and expand the dealer network in the region
7. Implement processes and systems (CRM etc)
8. Identification & penetration of new geographies and market segments to drive business growth
