Purpose of the Role:
The role holder is responsible for managing the Retail Business (ticket size upto 1 cr) with view to maximize profitability, increase market share and enhance customer relationship.
KRAs:
- Set the strategic direction for the Retail business and develop the annual business plan in consultation with Business Head.
- Track and drive performance of business as per plan and incorporate any changes in the strategy and implementation plan as and when needed
- Build and enhance relationships with manufacturers and vendors at a strategic level and leverage these relationships to design competitive credit structures for clients
- Maintain and enhance relations with key customer accounts and prospective customers to ensure business continuity, growth and collections; expand share of wallet from key customers
- Maintain awareness of the markets and competitors, monitor trends in the economy, anticipate their impact on business and portfolio and take adequate steps
- Build strong customer service platform and processes to ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer queries to enhance customer satisfaction
- Identify other new business opportunities such as new products, cross sell initiatives, partnerships etc to drive market penetration
Qualification & Years of Experience:
- Master in Business Administration exposure of the Asset Financing Business with focus on Construction Equipment Financing business.
- Minimum 10-12 years of experience in a leadership role managing business units in the asset financing business.
