- Lead the acquisition of Customers, Merchants, SMEs/SMBs pan India through a Feet on Street channel.
- The incumbent should have 12-15 years of experience in sales with 2 years at leadership level at Pan India level.
- He/She should have demonstrated traits of large & diverse geographical teams in his/her current stint.
1. Build a sales team across India for SME/SMB Acquisition and mentor the team to deliver the targets.
2. Identify and build a sales process and incentive structure
3. Explore training needs and build a training module for the sales team
4. Identifying new segments & liasioning with central product team for customized offering.
5. Build a process for centrally generating lead for acquisition

Essential requirement : 12-15 years of experience preferably at least 2 years in Leadership at National Level
