This position is responsible for strengthening Sales of Bicycle and Bicycle components in domestic market for one of the largest and old Indian conglomerates in India. Development of New & Existing Markets to increase market shares for Bicycles and Bicycle Components.
Accountable for :
- Sales Plan for Pan India.
- Increase sales in existing and new districts of the State.
- Appoint Dealers and Distributor as per company's norms
- Resolve day to day issues of Dealers and Distributors.
- Sales Projection for the region on monthly basis.
- Assess market size and market penetration - Data analysis of market share and shop share; capture respectable market shares
- Accountable for Payments Realizations, Accounts Reconciliation of Distributors and Dealers
- Responsible for preparing strategy for the region to counter competition and prepare growth plan for the region.
- Send Feedback and market reports to sales head for actionable points.
- Will manage of team of 10-12 Sales
