- Demonstrate a capability to track / execute business initiatives, share best practices & build world-class business models by creating a strong operating rhythm & metric-driven approach with six sigma rigor

- Distinguished track record of managing large, cross-functional, multi-site teams

- Proven ability to lead business at each stage of the product life cycle (start-up, growth, consolidation)
Established competence to control costs and grow revenues

- The ability to transform all India Sales and Marketing Team spread across a workforce of 2500 feet on street Sales Worker Force, and 200 locations, into a world-class and profit oriented unit.

- Promote and the Sales and Marketing function in tough circumstances and spark a total transformation

- Implement new technologies and processes, stabilized key partner relationships, consolidated operations, ensured good corporate administration, outsourced key processes, and developed an entirely new strategy.

- Set up cross-unit responsibility to own customers, design new offerings and ensure end-to-end service performance.

- Crunched turnaround time by 80% and consistently meet SLA’s.

- Should be able to draw people startegy and polices .

- You should have handled Personal/Business/Mortgage Loans on an all India basis with an achievement of close to 5000 disbursed loans /month.

- Business Development for the orginization.
