- Set up cross-unit responsibility to own customers, design new offerings and ensure end-to-end service performance.
- Crunched turnaround time by 80% and consistently meet SLA’s.
- Should be able to draw people startegy and polices .
- You should have handled Personal/Business/Mortgage Loans on an all India basis with an achievement of close to 5000 disbursed loans /month.
