National Sales Director - Construction Equipment

We are currently looking for a leading organization for the role of National Sales director with a leading construction equipment company , also in renting business.

Role : National Sales Director

Report to : CEO

Team Handling : Yes

Education : Any graduation or Post graduate

Experience : 8 to 14 years

Location : Greater Noida

KRA's :

- Customer acquisition, growth and retention of accounts.

- Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.

- Develop key relationships with customer clients when required.

- Regularly Monitor the Sales team, Coach and Guide them whenever it is required.

- Work in sync with different teams/departments within the organization.

- Manage sales managers and coach them on a regular basis on the gaps, organise third party training on identified skills gaps.

- Lead nationwide sales managers to achieve sales targets.

- Monitor and analyse performance metrics and implement improvements

- Market intelligence, involves information about competition, market pricing, and market share in line with targets and prepare and develop monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts

- Curating key objectives for sales managers and regular monitoring of the team

- Create an environment where the team is empowered for decision making and problem-solving. Identifying problems & putting Solutions.
