National Sales Development Role with One of the Biggest global FMCG company

Location Mumbai

Reports to : National Sales Head

Job Description

Reporting to the National Sales Head the profile will be the design and execution arm in sales responsible for establishing sales processes, systems, Infrastructure, channel development and capabilities which will ensure the building of a robust distribution network both at the Urban and Rural level.

The key responsibilities for this role would include: -

- Creation and execution of a blueprint both short term and long-term.

- Work out National level initiatives and priorities in the area of Sales Development.

This will include the following:

- Rural integration and expansion drive

- Execution of Capability enhancement agenda

- Deploy the Sales Force Automation solutions including Distributor Software,

- Enhance sales force productivity and performance.

- Play a pivotal role in the sales organization and support the National Sales Manager towards delivering the S&D imperatives for the Organization

The Successful Applicant

- MBA (Batch of 1998 to 2002 only ) from a Premier B’school (Only IIMs/MDI/FMS/JBIMS/IMT/ISB/NITIE) need to apply.

- Total experience in the range of 10-12 years of total experience in which at least last 5-6 years in FMCG sector as RSM

- Should be someone who brings to the table thought leadership and understanding of S&D, and has great mentoring & execution capability.
