Job Description - Reporting to the National Sales Manager the NSDM role would be the design and execution arm in sales responsible for establishing sales processes, systems, Infrastructure, channel development and capabilities which will ensure the building of a robust distribution network both at the Urban and Rural level. The key responsibilities for this role would include:

- Work with the National Sales Manager towards creation and execution of a blueprint towards building a future ready sales organization both short term and long-term. - Work out National level initiatives and priorities in the area of Sales Development. This will include the following:

- Lead the implementation of the rural integration and expansion drive as per agreed blueprint

- Ensure thorough execution of Capability enhancement agenda at multiple levels in the sales team

- Deploy the Sales Force Automation solutions including Distributor Software, Handheld terminals for frontline sales force etc.

- Drive initiatives which enhance sales force productivity and performance.

- Ensuring that the organization harnesses the synergies brought in by the merger. (This is an opportunity which is not only unique in terms of its experience for the candidate but presents itself with multiple challenges of a diverse and different workforce. These challenges are in terms of diverse culture, different systems, ability to leverage complementary strengths and driving change. Play a pivotal role in the sales organization and support the National Sales Manager towards delivering the S&D imperatives for the Organization

The Successful Candidate - MBA from a Premier B'school

- Total experience in the range of 10-12 years of total experience in which at least 5-6 years in FMCG sector as RSM

- Should be someone who brings to the table thought leadership and understanding of S&D, and has great mentoring & execution capability.
