Accountabilities –

- Own and drive the Sales Capability building agenda

- Identify T&D needs as part of Sales & Distribution strategy, assess the gaps and build / execute gap plugging programs

- Conceptualize, develop and execute Capability building programs for each channel (viz., Traditional Trade, Modern Trade, New Channels, Emerging channels)

- Coaches Regional Trainers on training execution, how to develop modules, build certification processes

- Sets up very robust measurement systems to measure the ROI

- Conduct TTTs for Regional trainers who are responsible for delivering training at ground level (i.e. PSR/RSA level)

- Closely partners with HR to develop leadership competencies for 2nd & 3rd level of supervision

- In a fast changing environment, building capability within the organization assumes a strategic “must do” role. The position is responsible for building capability in the organization panning across “what” & “how” to build leading by say cashing on emerging new trends, etc.

- Responsible for capability building of Sales employees & training of approximately 5000 PSR/RSA

- No. of Training Mandays delivered

- % Improvement in Market Execution scores

- ROI of training

Main interactions within & outside organization / External & Internal Environmental Factors

- Internal : Sales Teams at HO / RO & HR, RSMDMs, ZMs, RMs, GTM Managers

External : Training Vendors, Training Institutes

Key Skills/Experience Required –

- Trainer by profession, desirable – exposure to selling

- Sales knowledge is essential on sales processes / fundamentals

- 6-8 years training experience from a reputed B-School
