- Making exhaustive list of Bidders for Inviting Direct Bids which helped in maximizing sale value

- Collections and Repossessions, Residual Value Management- Strategy, Execution and Leadership.

- Development of vendor network as well as in-house teams.

- Process Flow Management

- Milestone planning and achievement of targets

- Budget planning and implementation as per requirements

- Operational Management on a day to day basis of all verticals.
