Job Description

- Managing overall Credit & Risk for Unsecured lending for Digital Business

- Design and implementation of underwriting procedures, effective use of technology for underwriting the applications, providing inputs on product and policy being followed by competitors in the market pertaining to digital as a platform.

- Setting up of underwriting standards in accordance to the market approach and the risk appetite of the organisation

- Understanding of the science being the data used for risk management

- Create & Publish Scorecards - Develop rules for creating algorithm & rule engines for enabling faster credit underwriting with help of IT team.

- Facilitate reporting to regulators

- Develop dashboards & MIS for review of the portfolio health

Profile:

The desired candidate should have the following skills:

- Exposure to underwriting of the loan applications for Unsecured lending

- Expertise in systems monitoring for Unsecured lending

- Setting up of matrix for segment based approach towards underwriting of bulk applications

- Implementation of monitoring mechanisms for ensuring sound health of the portfolio

- Dealing with regulatory bodies to ensure the laid down compliances & regulations have been adhered too

- Liasioning with product,sales, legal and other enabling verticals to ensure the offering to be at par with the market standards
