National Risk Manager - Commercial Product - Bank

Job Description :

- Managing risk and policy for Business banking - Commercial products (CV, CE & Tractor finance)

- Creating policies and processes for business banking including Commercial products loans for Bank.

- Constantly monitoring and analyzing the portfolio

- Track & monitoring the loss rates of business to deliver acceptable loss rates for the business

- Continuous refinement of existing rules and policies.

- Creating framework and regular evaluation of EWS

- Creating Test program and monitor the same for performance

- Creating Benchmark for portfolio different metrics

- Working closely with RCU function on fraud framework and reviewing fraud cases for process/policy strengthening.

- Creating various portfolio cuts, trends analysis and present to stakeholders on periodic basis.

- Develop reporting and monitoring tools.

- Managing Hind sighting and concurrent audits.

- Should have necessary exposure to similar job in same industry.

- Should at least have 12-15 years of experience in Construction equipment, Commercial Vehicle risk and policy department.

- Orientation towards digitization/automated of risk policies

- Should have managed a large portfolio including portfolio monitoring for commercial products

- Ability to work with diverse team including stakeholder like Credit, Business, Collection, RCU teams to deliver the desired results

- Understanding of score card/customer risk segmentation/decision tree

- Knowledge of SAS/SQL experience would be preferable

Qualified : Chartered Accountant / MBA

Hands on knowledge of SaS/SQL/Score card is preferable
